Bianca has been licensed and styling hair  for over 20 years.  She discovered her passion for hair at age 8, when she cut all of her sisters ponytails,  trying to act as if she was a stylist.  Her educational background includes MJ Murphy beauty College, several advanced cutting classes, coloring classes, and advanced styling techniques classes.  She believes in using quality products to support the overall health of her clients hair, and educating her clients, while providing them with exceptional customer service in a relaxed rejuvenating environment.  “I will never let you—or your hair—down.”

SALON COVID-19 PROCEDURES

Genni's Touch Hair Salon new procedures

Genni's Touch Hair Salon is open for business but I will only be taking appointment requests  through text or email, please be sure to review prices and salon policies/procedures prior to requesting an appointment .  If you try to go online and make an appointment yourself, everything will appear blocked out.  I am currently making my own appointments to avoid over crowding.  Below is a list of available appointments in the "Available Appointments for current clients" section of the website. 



Genni’s Touch is taking every pre-caution to ensure that we avoid spreading viruses, therefore, the following procedures will remain in place until further notice: 

  •   Everyone is required to wear a face mask in salon, if you don't have one, a mask will be provided to you. 
  •  The online appointment system has been disabled. All appointments will be set up in time slots, therefore, I will be putting in appointments for clients  through  text(704-237-3401), once appointment date and time is chosen from this website.•
  • I will not service anyone that shows signs of being sick.   If you have any type of sickness, please be considerate and just stay home, I will gladly re-schedule you. Coming into the salon knowingly sick will end your salon services with the salon.   I WILL NOT SERVICE YOU.  
  • I would not prefer cash, but will accept it if it's the only option.  I do prefer Zelle, credit card, and paypal, please determine your method of payment, prior to your appointment.
  • Please step out of the room, if you need air or you feel the need to cough or sneeze because I do understand that it happens, and I plan to do the same.
  • I will continue to provide each client a new clean cape and  invest in items like plastic disposable capes, masks and any other items that would assist in reducing transmission within the salon.

Payment Policy/Products

 Credit  and cash are the only form of payment accepted.  Gratuity is not included in services. 

Products must be returned within 2 business days, fairly unused, for a credit toward another product.

In order for a client to retain the status of a regular client, they must visit the salon at least once a month, or go no longer than 2 months without coming in for a hair appointment.  A client will revert to a new client once they loose their regular client status, and loyalty points will  start over.

Discounts and promotions can't be combined with any other offer.  You can only use one promotion at a time.

 It is understood that sometimes it is inevitable that you must run late for an appointment, however, you may be required to re-schedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late or pay a $15 late fee.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for cancelling appointments with salon. If you are unable to cancel within 24 hours, it would be considered as a same day cancellation, a fee ranging from $50  or more,  it will be dependent  the amount of time alotted for service, payment is due immediately. The fee will be based on the services that were suppose to be provided. If payment is not recieved, all future appointments will be cancelled. If it continues, you will lose your appointment making privileges for 3 months and will be required to become a walk-in.  

If you are a no-call, no-show, you will be blocked from making any future appointments with the salon, however, there are exceptions to this on a case by case basis.

All first time clients must provide a $25 or $50 non-refundable deposit to schedule an appointment.   If it is not submitted, no appointment will scheduled.  You can only re-schedule your appointment one time and hold on to deposit, and you must reschedule within 30 days.  If  you don't cancel appointment in less than 24 hours, you forfeit your deposit.  If you cancel your appointment without re-scheduling you lose your deposit.


Children and additional guest are not allowed unless they are being serviced.  


If you are not satisfied with your service, please call and schedule a complementary basic hairstyle within 24 hours.  The re-do doesn't cover a totally different style or color.  Refunds are not offered on any hair services.

Genni's Touch has the right to refuse service to anyone that is conducting themselves inappropriately.  Please be aware of use of your cell phone, use headphones for calls, videos etc.  Please step outside to avoid other customers in salon from hearing personal conversations.


It is very distracting when  customers are talking on thier phone while the stylist is providing a service.  Please refrain from talking on the phone while being serviced, unless it is an emergency situation.

    Genni’s Touch Hair Salon LLC , takes pride in the ongoing loyalty and support from clients that have trusted the salon with their hair care needs.  In recognition  of the client support,  we are offering a client loyalty program.


    Each time a service is completed in the salon, the client will receive points that will eventually lead to discounts on services and possibly a free service.  Make sure that you are enrolled, so that you are getting your points.

    “Word of Mouth“  is very beneficial in helping any business to grow.  The salon is extremely thankful for those people who spread the word, that is why the “client referral program“ was put in place.


    For every 3  new client referrals you send to the salon,  you will receive $5 off your next service.

    Of course, every client is considered special, but there are those that support the salon with so much dedication, that it was necessary to provide these clients with even more rewards to show our thanks.  


    VIP clients will be able to purchase all products at a discounted price.  A VIP client will recieve great specials that only a VIP client can recieve.  The client will receive a VIP card once they have reached that status, along with other cool gifts.
